WHAT SHULD I EXPECT FROM AN RTT SESSION?

1. ‘Don’t expect to feel Hypnotised.’

Many people come thinking that there is something about hypnosis which is markedly different from their “normal” state of consciousness. They may have seen a stage hypnotist and are basing their understanding on that. This is definitely not the case.

A light trance/hypnotic state will likely feel no different from relaxation. In fact, you will have a heightened state of awareness in hypnosis. ” There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. You don’t go anywhere and many people don’t realise they are in hypnosis until they come out of it.”

2. ‘Do expect to feel deliciously relaxed.’

Hypnosis is a natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation because it will be suggested to you to feel relaxed.

3. ‘You ARE in control.’

During the session, you are in total control.

For example, if I told you to stand up, you probably will, right? But if I told you to rob a bank you wouldn’t do that. Well it’s the same in hypnosis. You are in control. You will only accept the suggestions that are given if they feel if it is in your interest to do so.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

Generally, a single Rapid Transformation Therapy session is required to overcome a particular problem (such as anxiety, stress, fear), but some clients may need 2-3 sessions for more complex problems.

What is important to know is that this therapy itself is not a guarantee of success. You need to be engaged in the process of self-discovery, and in changing your own thinking mechanisms. Rapid Transformational Therapy is all the more effective as you allow yourself to revisit scenes from your past, discuss them and honour the emotions that arise.

IS HYPNOSIS SAFE?

 You are completely safe! In this relaxed state,  you will  just be REVIEWING and NOT RELIVING any past experiences.

You get into hypnotic states on a daily basis. When you watch TV when you read a good book, when you look at the window and let your mind wonder. These are all various levels of hypnotic or suggestive states.

My Approach

I believe in utilising my teaching, mentoring and coaching background both, as part of and to enhance your therapeutic experience alongside RTT where I draw from aspects of  neuroscience, Cognitive  Behavioural  Therapy (CBT),  NeroLinguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy.  While in RTT we deal with the subconscious mind and the relevant blocks and limiting beliefs, within the coaching programme, we will work on continually giving back the POWER to you, the client and help you find the answers within yourself even when they may not appear to be evident. 

As a therapist and coach I understand that it can be very distressing at times for individuals who suffer from psychological issues and emotional concerns. I work with the notion that every individual case is unique, given that we all have differing backgrounds and life experiences, and hence, believe in using both a holistic and  integrative approach to therapy and coaching.

How It Works

Schedule a Free 1:1 Discovery Call

Book a free and confidential 20-minute online consultation where we will discuss your symptoms with you and explain what will happen during your RTT therapy.

Your RTT Session

Before your session we’ll have a 20 minute online discovery call of the issue. 

Your RTT session will last up to 2 Hours and can be online or face to face (please allow an extra 30 mins for personal reflection time)

The next 21 Days

After your first session, you will be given a personal recording, that you will listen to everyday for 21 days.  The recording is up to 20 minutes long and can be played on your SmartPhone, iPad or MP3/MP4 player.

We will send reminders via email and/or text to encourage you to keep up with the programme.

Telephone/video call at end of 21 days for final assessment

1st Adult RTT Hypnotherapy Session 

2 hour 

Choose this if you would like to do an RTT hypnotherapy session. Your session will last between 90 – 120  minutes long. It includes a 10-20 min intake and assessment of the issues at hand, a thorough explanation that goes over our proven methods and hypnotherapy.

You will pay a 100 deposit now and the rest on the day of your session

Online Coaching (Online)

2nd (Return) Adult RTT Hypnotherapy Session 

1 hour  

This is a return session with Theodor. Your session will last 60 minutes.

Choose this if this is your child’s first time coming in. For children under the age of 18 the session is up to 60 minutes.

RTT Smoking Cessation 

21 Day Program

2h 

Choose this option if you want to quit smoking. The first session is up to 90 minutes. We will then call you to schedule your second appointment for 3 to 4 days after the initial session. That session will be 60 minutes long.
