    The first session will consist of an intake assessment<\/strong> of what you would like to work on in coaching. Before this initial meeting, it would be beneficial for you to complete a questionnaire which I can send to you via email\/whatsapp. This will make the first session more powerfully productive.<\/p>\n

    2nd session<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Subsequent sessions will function by checking back on the progress of your goals collaboratively, reviewing what you have achieved since the last session and setting up an action plan of what needs to be overcome or accomplished for the following week.<\/p>\n

    Not always. In coaching we work mainly with the conscious mind. Although I draw from a whole host of methodologies, I use as a framework hypnosis & hypnotherapy to get to the real root of the problem and block.
