I have been a musician and teacher for the best part of my life, living in more than 9 countries and witnessing the beauty as well as the darker side of my art.<\/p>\n

As a musician, teacher, coach & queer man, I\u2019ve worked passionately to help my students and clients live more empowered lives, especially around stage fear, confidence,\u00a0 relationships and authentic communication.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve also navigated, mental health issues, emotionally abusive relationships, sexual assault, and have explored my queerness, my identity and desires (all of which are still taboo in my country (Romania).<\/p>\n

I used to not speak my mind in order to make others happy. I’ve been less firm, less outspoken and extremely people pleasing \u2013 less of the quirky, unique, funny, free spirit that makes me ME. All in the hope of receiving more love, approval and appreciation.<\/p>\n

With the Global Pandemic of Covid-19 in 2020 and loosing all my work as a freelance musician and coach, a job I loved, I was given the opportunity of TIME to invest in another love of mine, personal-development.<\/p>\n

Discovering my love for helping others, and my more than a decade experience as a teacher, coach and musician, I explored the route of Personal Development and Self-Love Coaching. I used my free time to invest in myself, which lead me to become Certified in NLP<\/b><\/span> (Neuro Linguistic Programming) CBT<\/b><\/span> (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Li<\/strong>fe Coaching<\/b><\/span> and Hypnotherapy<\/b><\/span>, just to name a few.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/i>The vast majority of what creates your personality is in fact\u00a0adaptation to your social environment growing up. It is the influence of mom and dad (or whoever your adult caregivers were), your social and educational environment, geographical location and so on. The reality is that even the most well-meaning parents, guardians, teachers and friends create seriously faulty programming that can and does affect our lives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

If something goes wrong with a website, you go back to the beginning of how the code was written. We have to do the same thing to discover how our own faulty programming was installed and what it is causing us to keep using it in our adult lives. We have to change the old pattern, that was adopted by us in those formative years and then repeated over and over again, with a new and empowering one.<\/p>\n

If I had my way, when one person in a family changed a pattern for the better, all other members of the family would do this for themselves and thus create better relationships in the entire family system.<\/p>\n

The reality is that the number one need for a physical human is closeness<\/b> with the social group, and so, we will keep patterns and defend both them and the programmers who installed those patterns (our parents, guardians, immediate social group) to our own demise.<\/p>\n
